Deliveries & Pick-up


For delivering your order we rely on Bpost, courier services and specialised transport. 

Shipment costs are calculated for every order during checkout.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order. Orders are delivered from Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail. The delivery time depends on the country of delivery.

Larger orders or  orders that require special attention are provided by specialised transport. In this case we will inform you in advance of the time of delivery and we will always try to plan it together with you.

All deliveries are done at ground floor at the entrance of the house/building, performed by 1 person/driver.

While we take utmost care in packaging all paint orders, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging for any damage and report it to the carrier. If there are clear signs of tampering or damage due to mishandling during transportation, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery. In such cases, the customer must report any complaints to the seller as soon as possible or within three working days of delivery.


You can also pick up your order at our warehouse in Brussels. This is only possible by appointment.

After placing your order you will be contacted as soon your order is ready for pick-up.
